[ M ] ark Day founded Title West in 1987 and continues to oversee its growth and long range planning. He is the primary closing agent for all commercial transactions. His portfolio ranges from one end of the spectrum to the other; including ski resorts, regional malls, industrial parks, hotels, car dealerships and REITS. Mark is very well respected by his clients as well as his industry peers.

Mark and his wife Sandy, co-owner of the company, have a wonderful son Alex, age 11. Alex is the center of his father's world. They love spending time together as a family enjoying the simple things in life; movies, playing in the park, going to the book store and playing ball.

Mark is a huge U of U fan. When he is not a spectator, he enjoys the game of golf and is a talented bowler. Books are a passion and there aren't many topics that can't be found in his vast library, ranging from Shakespeare and history to mysteries, autobiographies and novels.
