erri was born in Murray, Utah, raised in Sandy, and has loved living there ever since. She has a wonderful son, Conner, who came into this world weighing only two pounds. He keeps her day full and busy. Conner is the apple of his mother's eye.

Terri started with Title West in January 1993 as a receptionist, moved to Escrow Assistant and received her Escrow License in 1995, and became an Escrow Officer in the fall of 1996.

Her hobbies mainly include spending time with her family, reading and scrapbooking. She enjoys golfing (although she says she needs more lessons), and spending time in the mountains or at the lake. Every year her family participates in the "Strutt Your Mutt" charity that benefits the Best Friends Animal Shelter in Southern Utah.
