Vickie DeGraffenried

ickie spent a great deal of time in Anchorage, Alaska where she attended college, was married and started her family. For a short time, she and her husband moved to Utah where she got her real estate license in the late seventies. In 1982 Vickie moved to Homer, Alaska where she worked for a savings and loan as a branch manager and later became an assistant VP in the loan department. Her final career change in Homer was with a small title company.

She has called Utah home since she moved back in '87 and has continued in the escrow and title industry since then. She thoroughly enjoys working in title and derives a lot of satisfaction from her association with clients and co-workers.

Vickie is the mother of five and a grandmother of seven beautiful grandchildren. She spends a great deal of time in the outdoors camping, fishing and exploring nature. She is currently perfecting her talents as a fly fisher and is enjoying it very much. One of her favorite places to spend time is in Canyonlands, hiking and riding her four-wheeler.

As a talented painter, Vickie loves landscapes and is broadening her horizons working on other venues. She has taken a few art classes but is virtually self taught. (Some of her pieces hang in the Highland Office.) Golfing is another one of her favorite past times.
